Begin Your Journey to Thriving in a Global Setting

💼 The hiring process has become a marathon- not a match.

I know several professionals currently searching for new roles. And in today’s market, especially in industries like automotive, each position attracts hundreds of applicants.

If you’re lucky, you get feedback.
If you’re very lucky, you get an interview.
But then… the real marathon begins.

Some candidates go through five, six, or even more interviews plus a presentation only to hear that the company wants to “look at other candidates first.” At that point, shouldn’t you be sure about someone?

I understand that companies want to make the best possible decision, especially when money is tight and pressure is high. But please remember: there are often individuals and families behind every applicant, waiting and planning their future around that one decision.

In some cultures, extensive hiring rounds show diligence and shared decision-making. In others, they’re seen as inefficient and inconsiderate of candidates’ time. When international companies hire across cultures, awareness of these differences can transform the experience: from frustrating to fair, from impersonal to empathetic.
